There are many ways to use your voice to stand up and speak out. I facilitate courageous conversations for educators and other professionals that dive into finding comfort with being uncomfortable. That means addressing internal bias, acknowledging systemic issues, and discovering ways to dismantle racism and bias in our classrooms and in society.
Whether it is sharing experiences of marching along the streets of our nations capital, sharing resources with educators and caregivers on social justice and civic action, or teaching my students that their voices matter and they CAN dismantle systems of oppression, my purpose is making changes toward a more socially just and anti racist society.
